Jeffrey Riggs, Founder
In the summer of 1999 Jeffrey began his industry experience as a Travel Director and Field Staff Coordinator. After excelling at a rapid pace, Jeffrey was invited to join one of the premier local Destination Management companies in the DFW Metro area as an Operations Manager. Within 6 months of his tenure Jeffrey’s’ operational expertise coupled with his ability to produce high volume sales merited a promotion to Director of Operations and eventually Director of National Sales & Operations. Jeffrey took advantage of these promotions by launching a national campaign to take his employer from a local Dallas DMC to a nationally recognized management provider working in every major market in the US. With heavy emphasis on ground logistics and medical meeting support, Jeffrey honed his skills as a full service management provider in all meeting aspects ranging from travel coordination, ground transportation management, sourcing & registration, contract negotiation, entertainment management and the list goes on.
In September of 2010, Jeffrey co-founded brb event management. His ethical approach to planning, coordinating, and executing his clients requests has built a high level of integrity in his relationships. With Jeffrey’s “do the right thing” attitude, clients consistently refer his services to other prospective partners with full confidence that their reputation will be maintained to the highest of standards.

Richard Bae, Founder
With a hunger for success and exciting challenges, Richard started his professional career in the Wireless Industry for Sprint PCS, Voicestream Wireless, and later, T-Mobile Wireless. Within his tenure in these companies, he had successfully managed profitable numbers and relationships in the indirect sales channels in the Dallas/Ft. Worth markets, partnering with local authorized dealers, as well as, national dealers such as Sam’s Club, Costco, Staples, Circuit City, and Best Buy. After 6 years, he ventured on to new endeavors and decided to own & operate his own business. For 10 years, he had operated his own Retail Store Fixture Company, cultivating strong sales numbers, streamlining operations, and growing a reputable company that grew to service companies outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth markets and servicing clients across the country. With a strong talent in operations, sales & marketing, he teamed up with Jeffrey Riggs & Ryan Bertolino in successfully creating brb event management in the fall of 2010. With a devotion to servicing our clients with the highest degree of customer service & ethics, brb event management has been a highly regarded event management company since it's inception.
